CARTMAN GETS AN ANAL PROBE
Shot by an aliens, trampled by cows, and ran over by Officer Barbrady's police car.

Shot by Mr. Garrison and then skewered by a flag pole.
VOLCANO
A ball of lava fell in front of Kenny and everyone thought he was dead but he stepped out from behind the ball of lava. Later, Ned dropped his gun, it fired and killed Kenny.
BIG GAY AL'S BIG GAY BOAT RIDE
Killed on the football field.(Two guys were holding him by the arms, the the other player tackled him, and Kenny got torn apart.)
AN ELEPHANT MAKES LOVE TO A PIG
Tossed into the microwave by Stan's Evil Clone.
DEATH
Gets touched by the Grim Reaper.
PINKEYE
Crushed by the Mir Spacestation, cut in half by Kyle with a chainsaw, and crushed by a statue. At the end of the episode though, Kennys hand emerges from the ground where he was buried.
DAMIEN
Turned into a rare duck-billed platypus and shot by Jimbo.

Eaten by wild turkeys. (They turkeys poked Kenny's eyes out.)

Gets a knife thrown through his head by Ms. Ellen.

trangles himself (accidentally) with a tetherball rope.

Falls into an empty grave and then a tombstone lands on him.

Kenny has many near death experiences in this episode. First, he almost gets crushed by a car during the riots. Second, he gets thrown against a brick wall in the school playground. Third, he gets wounded by the Chicken F*ckers gun. Finally, when the credits start showing, Kenny gets crushed by a tree.
CONJOINED FETUS LADY
He gets squished against the wall after getting hit with a dodge ball by a Chinese player.
THE MEXICAN STARING FROG OF SOUTHERN SRI LANKA
On the talkshow Jesus and Pals, Kenny get's ripped in half by two angry audience members after a fight breaks out.
CITY ON THE EDGE OF FOREVER
He gets eaten by a monster but, you'll notice that Kenny is still alive afterwards on the bus. I don't know what to tell you there.
SUMMER SUCKS
The giant snake knocks some bleachers on top of Kenny.
CHEF'S SALTY CHOCOLATE BALLS
Kenny gets trampled by a crowd of people coming out of a theater.
CHICKEN POX
Kenny's heart monitor gives a steady beep and you know what that means.
ROGER EBERT SHOULD LAY OFF THE FATTY FOODS
His head explodes from the stars in the planetarium(or as Dr. Adams would say plane------arium)

Gets tromed on by teenagers in Cartman's clubhouse

While watching Cartman ride a bull, the bull came running to him and the bull's horn went through his head .

While at Chef Aid Ozzy Osborne came on stage and bit off Kenny's Head!

Kenny was close to the goldfish's bowl and the fish bit his head off!
MERRY CHRISTMAS CHARLIE MANSON
When Kenny trys to settle things with a white flag, police think it's a weapon, and brutaly kill him.
GNOMES
The underpants gnomes drop a wheelbarrow full of underpants on him.
PREHISTORIC ICE MAN
Kenny gets smashed under the escalator belt.
SEASON 3
RAINFOREST SHMAINFOREST
Kenny gets struck by lighting, but Kelly revives him.
SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION
Kenny spontaneously combust, and he has a funeral.
CHEF'S MAMA
Kenny gets stomped on by the Loch Ness Monster(Veronica, Chef's bride that turns into the monster)
